JH-8502 Series Papermaking Retention And Filtration AIDS For Paper And Pulp Making
1. Main Purpose:
Used in the production process of writing and printing, newsprint, double-adhesive paper, paper containing machine pulp and box board paper, letterpress paper and plain paper, generally added after pressure screen of paper machine, the consumption is 0.01-0.03% tons of paper. It can be used as single polymer, double polymer or particle retention aid, or as flocculants to enhance paper machine and white water recovery efficiency.

3. Performance Characteristics:
3.1 Excellent retention of fine fibers and fillers.
3.2 It can keep the wet chemical condition stable and improve the evenness and physical properties of paper.
3.3 Enhanced water filtration and reduced dehydration energy consumption in forming, pressing and drying processes.
3.4 Reduce the white water concentration, speed up the filtration of the network; Improve the raw material yield and white water recovery efficiency.
3.5 Strengthen the retention of colloid material in wet part, improve sizing and dyeing efficiency.
3.6 Reduce filling quantity and save fiber raw material.
3.7 Reduce comprehensive cost.
4. Use Concentration
4.1 This product retains the filler even at low concentrations.
4.2 If the use of too high concentration, more easily make packing and pulp local flocculation, affect the evenness of the paper.
4.3 In addition, the amount of retention agent is very small, so it should be used as thin as possible, but not too thin, or it will affect the retention rate of packing, the recommended concentration of 0.02-0.05% times more than the addition.
4.3 When dissolving, the stirring speed should not be too fast to prevent the mechanical shear degradation of long polymer chains.
4.4 The stirring speed shall not exceed 30 RPM, and the retention aid solution shall be filtered by 60 meshes to prevent the undissolved paste from entering the paper machine and affecting the quality of finished paper.
4.5 Dissolve and stir for about 1 hour in high water temperature in summer and 1.5 hours in low water temperature in winter
5. Dissolution Method:
It is generally recommended to use stainless steel, polyethylene or tang porcelain glass materials as solution tank and storage tank, do not use iron, copper or aluminum and other materials as storage tank and add equipment, iron ion will degrade the polymer, so that the retention effect reduced.
6. Use and Store:
6.1 Recommended concentration: 0.02-0.05%
6.2 Recommended storage time: 1-2 days
6.3 Add position is recommended after pressure screen or high box to flow tank pipe.
6.4 Solid products should be stored in a cool and dry place.
